Working in an Extended Care Permit Site can be quite different from working in a private dental practice.  Extended Care Permits offer a wide range of opportunities.  In some cases hygienists work with a team of professionals who will rely on each other’s expertise.  In other cases, they may work on their own, carting around equipment, scheduling patients, and keeping records.
